Jet Pulse Cartridge Filters

Jet Pulse Cartridge Filters have the same working principle with bag filters and are the types of filters in which cartridges, instead of bags, are used as a filtration material.

In cartridge filter systems more filtration area is provided by pleating the surface to be filtered from dusty gases, if compared with the same size filter bags.

Thanks to having high filtration area with low number of filter elements, cartridge filter systems have low investment cost and easy and low-cost maintenance (lower number of ekipments to be maintained or serviced), which is the important factors why cartridge filtering systems are preferred.

Filter cartridges might be cylindrical or flat type. These cartridges can be installed horizontally or vertically inside the filter.
